Terms and Conditions :
These terms and conditions govern your participation in Gautam Solar lucky draw contest (Terms and Conditions) being conducted by Gautam Solar Private Limited (GSPL/we/us/our) through authorized dealers/distributors/installers and by proceeding with your registration you hereby acknowledge to have read, understood, and agreed, on an irrevocable basis, to be legally bound by the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and all other applicable laws and regulations, without any limitation or qualification.
Lucky Draw Period:
The lucky draw will be held between 10th July 2023 to 31December 2023 and the results will be announced every Friday starting from 14 July 2023 to 5 January 2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Only Solar Panels bought from Authorized Gautam Solar Dealers/Distributors/Installers are eligible for participation.
2. Customer should be above 18 (eighteen) years of age
3. Customer must be a citizen of India
4. Customer must not be a resident in the state of Tamil Nadu. The residents of the State of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in lucky draw contest in compliance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.
5. One Solar Panel Serial Number may be used to participate in the contest only once
6. Customers who have bought multiple Solar Panels can participate in the contest with multiple entries by listing all the Solar Panel Serial Numbers separated by commas.
